We played for 3 hours and still had 100 tokens and almost 4,000 tickets. We had one problem with one machine that give us our tickets but a game room attendant helped us and we got them all :) The prizes for the tickets are actually descent too! Coffe Mugs, t-shirts, candy (of course), big prizes like WII and games for WII, PS3, etc. All the games worked which I have never been anywhere like this that EVERY single game worked! It was awesome. We got our card (we only got one because they charge $2 a card and our son is too young to be going off on his own) and proceeded to the game area. We arrived a little after noon and it was busy but not too busy. Have a good night. We had so much fun here. I want all of my money back, and my friends birthday that was crappy due to the lack of care from the servers here. Play the games, don't even bother with anything else. I closed my tab at the bar at the end of the night and paid $48 freaking dollars for bullcrap food and drinks. I would never go here for food or drinks again. So the excuse that he was busy was not even able to be used here. There were 5 tables around us that I could see were empty. I hate talking poorly about establishments as I know it reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole and doesn't make the server feel nice, but this was just unbelievably poor service. He was rude, non-attentive, and checked on us once throughout the whole meal. I understand that it's busy as it's the day before the 4th of July, but that was downright ridiculous. Another 8 minutes goes by, and I didn't get my half watered down cocktail for 38 freaking minutes. I kept waiting for him to walk by and he never came over. I waited until 10:30 for him to come over and even ASK if I had received my cocktail. Can you believe our server didn't check on my cocktail for THIRTY MINUTES?!?!? THREE. I asked which he recommend between two cocktails, and he said "the Long Island iced tea is better"- this would have been fine, except.i didn't even ask about the Long Island iced tea. So i just paid with a different card to avoid the awkwardness. I asked if i could just use it and he said "i don't know." And stared at me. I get it, not everyone knows about drinks, but the least he could do was tell me he wasn't sure. I asked the server his recommendation, and he couldn't even give me one. I ordered a cocktail for happy hour at 10:01 pm. Finally, After we ordered, the food came out, and was mediocre. We got excited it was so fast!!! However, after getting to our table, our server informed us, after neglecting us for 10 minutes and very rudely, that the food "was going to take a while to be honest, the kitchen is slow so yeah." We weren't ready to order, so he waited another 10 minutes to come back to us when we clearly made it obvious we were ready not even 2 minutes after he left. 7 minutes later, we get a text that our table is ready. We finally put our names in and were told it would be a 35-40 min wait. I said no, we've been waiting, and the hostess was kind enough to take my name down. We stood in line while everyone cut us continually, and then the hostess, after another group had told us the line had formed on the other side, proceeded to tell us that we were on the wrong side after standing in line for 10 minutes just to put our names down. I specified house vodka, and guess what? The drink was even smaller!!! and was still $10!! I stopped ordering drinks, and decided to go sit down for a meal an hour later with my friend and his family. This was after knocking over the original drink he made, sticking his grubby hands all over the olives right in front of making the drink for me, and charging me $14 for a half-empty cocktail- not including tip!!! I decided maybe he was just having an off day, so the second drink I went for an hour later, I asked someone else to make. He proceeded to give me a HALF empty glass of GREY GOOSE vodka and olive juice. Not only was the bartender rude, ignored me, snapped at me for asking a question about being able to bring drinks onto the game floor, and not attentive otherwise, but I asked for a dirty martini and he did not bother to ask what vodka I wanted. It was my friends 27th birthday, and he wanted to celebrate. The games might be fun, but the service is not good, and that's coming from a server of 7 years.
